When will my item be shipped?
It usually takes 3-5 business days to process and ship orders. Though keep in mind that this is a one man operation and if I get a high number of orders it may take longer.

Why is shipping outside of the U.S. so expensive?
Internationally shipping costs went up at the beginning of January 2020. It typically costs $20 minimum to me to ship anything outside of the U.S.. So I am charging the lowest price I can, and often I am eating some of the cost.

My item is damaged/is defective/is not the item I requested, etc. Can I get this corrected?
Absolutely! If there is something wrong with your order please contact us and we will do what we can to resolve the issue.
